Builds Capacity of Head of National Drivers License Capture Centres
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has taken a significant move aimed at improving the processing time and quality of drivers license for new applicants and those intending to renew with a capacity to bring the heads of the National Drivers License Capture centres.
The training, which is in line with Corps Marshal’s policy thrust on training and retraining of staff for improved professionalism and efficient service delivery, saw the Heads of the respective National Drivers License Capture Centres nationwide being subjected to an extensive hands-on sessions, which the Corps says would enhance positive output in National Drivers License Processing.
The Deputy Corps Marshal in charge of Training Department, Chidiebere Nkwonta, who represented the Corps Marshal charged the participants to be at their best so as to ensure that applicants receive quality service.
Participants at the training for Heads of National Drivers License Capture Centres,
Resource persons drawn from relevant sectors including Information Technology Sector made presentations on conventional methods of delivering quality service.
The FRSC currently has 210 active National Drivers License Capturing Centres spread across all parts of the country.
